Accessibility Statement

Ditoech is committed to designing and engineering digital experiences that are usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Our commitment

Accessibility is a first-class engineering requirement at Ditoech, not a late-stage checklist. Every page, component and interaction is designed and tested to work with keyboards, screen readers, voice control, high-contrast settings, browser zoom up to 400%, and reduced-motion preferences.

Supported standards

This website targets and is measured against:

  • W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA
  • Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act
  • EN 301 549 (European accessibility standard for ICT products and services)
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III web accessibility expectations

Accessibility features

  • Semantic HTML5 landmarks: header, nav, main, footer.
  • A visible "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element.
  • Logical heading hierarchy with a single h1 per page.
  • Visible 2px focus indicators in Ditoech brand blue on every interactive element.
  • Full keyboard support for menus, dialogs, forms, and mega navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Escape, Arrow keys).
  • ARIA labels, live regions and error announcements for forms and dynamic UI.
  • Color contrast meeting WCAG AA (4.5:1 body text, 3:1 large text and UI).
  • Touch targets sized 44×44px or greater on mobile.
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion media query.
  • Descriptive link text and accessible names for icon-only controls.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds and legacy documents linked from this site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. We are actively working to remediate these areas and to require accessible-by-default vendors for future integrations.

How we test

  • Automated audits (axe-core, Lighthouse) on every release.
  • Manual keyboard-only walkthroughs of every primary user journey.
  • Screen reader verification with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
  • Zoom testing at 200% and 400% on desktop, and at reflow on mobile.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or need content in an alternative format, please contact us and we will respond within one business day.

Ongoing improvements

We treat accessibility as continuous work. This statement is reviewed on every major release and updated when standards, tooling, or platform capabilities change.
